Before submitting your manuscript, the authors need to have an ICHSE dashboard account. If you already have an ICHSE dashboard account, you can go to the next step to submit your manuscript using your registered account. Or you can register new account on <https://ichse.itera.ac.id/members/register>

• Before you start to submit your abstract or manuscript, please register your account to this site.
• After you finish this step, your account information will be sent to your email. Please check Spam Folder if you didn’t find the email.
• Your account can be activated via link sent to your mail.
• After your account activated you can start submit your abstract/manuscript on “ICHSE Abstract Submission Dashboard” page.
• Make sure you have read the Editorial Policy and Author Guidelines before submitting your manuscript.

After creating an ICHSE dashboard account, you can submit your manuscript in the system. To maximize our services, you need to complete the following details before submitting your manuscript:

• Complete author profile information on <https://ichse.itera.ac.id/dashboard?task=profile>
• Manuscript format and content in accordance with the author guidelines < https://ichse.itera.ac.id/author-guidelines>.

• After completing the Author Profile, now you can proceed to Add New Abstract by clicking on Button (+ New Abstract)
• Please choose a topic that matches your manuscript.
• Please do not forget to upload the full manuscript on the attachment area.
• You can add more Author and Presenter Name by clicking on (+) button.

Your manuscript will go to the blind review. You can check the status of your manuscript anytime from your account in the ICHSE dashboard account. We will notify you too via email when the review process was finished.

If your manuscript has been accepted to be presented at the conference, you need to pay the conference fee before uploading the final manuscript. FYI, one manuscript can only be delivered by one presenter. However, one presenter can deliver more than one manuscript.

You can prepare your camera-ready manuscript and presentation document while waiting the verification of your payment.

After you get the notification of acceptance, you need to finalize your camera-ready manuscript in accordance with the author guidelines and review results.

The corresponding author must check the title, list of authors, and their affiliations in the  ICHSE dashboard system and their manuscript. Any revision could not be made after uploading the camera-ready version by September 30th.

Now, you can send your camera-ready manuscript to Committee.

See the Abstract you’ve already submitted, and click the “Edit” menu on the right (see picture below)

Find the Attachment Box on below the Presenter Information Box (see picture below).

Please upload the Camera-Ready files to the Attachment Box. Supported formats: pdf,doc,xls,docx,xlsx,txt,rtf. Maximum attachment size: 5MB.

To ensure a smooth and successful conference experience, we kindly request all authors and presenters to upload their presentation materials by October 10, 2023, at 16:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time). Please adhere to the following guidelines for material submission:

Accepted Formats:

• PDF: You can upload your presentation slides in PDF format.
• PPT: Alternatively, you may submit your slides in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) format.
• Pre-recorded Video: You have the option to submit a pre-recorded video of your presentation. Accepted video formats include MP4, MOV, or AVI.

Maximum File Size:

• For PDF and PPT files: Please ensure that your file does not exceed 20 MB.
• For pre-recorded videos: The maximum file size allowed is 100 MB.

Submission Instructions:

• Locate the ‘Upload Presentation’ section in your dashboard.
• Follow the prompts to upload your presentation material.
• Double-check the file format and size to ensure successful submission.

Important Note:

• Kindly make sure your presentation materials are clear, well-organized, and free of any errors.
• If you opt for a pre-recorded video, ensure that your presentation is within the allocated time limit as per the conference schedule.

After your final manuscript and presentation document has been submitted, you also need to attend the conference for a live Q&A session. Please note that you need to make time on October 12–13 in the Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, because the conference program cannot be rescheduled and must be in accordance with the program given by the committee.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, make sure that one of the co-authors can replace your presence. Change of attendance will result in a change of name listed in the certificate which we will send by email. Unpresented papers will be removed from publication and automatically declared as rejected.
